Gymnastics classes and programs are available for children as young as 2 years old, up through young adults. Programs range from recreational classes to competitive training programs for future Olympians. There are various forms of gymnastics including artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, tumbling and trampoline.

PRESCHOOL CLASSES – These classes are broken down by ages! You will simply pick the class name that matches the age of your child. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​

GIRLS RECREATIONAL – 

Girls Gymnastics- (ages 6 and up)  The Girls Gymnastics class is designed for girls in elementary school.  The gymnasts will be taught all of the gymnastics “basics” and beyond.  Examples of skills taught: pullovers, cartwheels, bridge kickovers, back hip circles, cartwheels on beam, round off, beginning back handspring.

Girls Gymnastics – (ages 10 and up) The Girls Gymnastics class is designed for girls in upper elementary school through middle school.  The gymnasts will be taught all of the gymnastics “basics” and beyond.  Examples of skills taught: pullovers, cartwheels, bridge kickovers, back hip circles, cartwheels on beam, round off, beginning back handspring.

Advanced Gymnastics – (ages 8 and up) 
These gymnasts have successfully completed the Intermediate skill chart. In advanced class, the gymnasts come extra time in order to learn more advancd gymnastics skills.

TUMBLING CLASSES
Beginner Tumble – Our beginner tumbling class consist of learning basic tumbling skills on the spring floor, tumble track, and trampoline. Basic tumbling skills taught are: handstands, walkovers, cartwheels, round offs, and rolls.
Intermediate Tumble – These tumblers have successfully completed the beginner tumbling skill sheets. Intermediate tumbling skills taught are: standing  back handsprings, beginning round off back handsprings, front handsprings, and front tucks.
Advanced Tumble –  These tumblers have successfully completed the intermediate skill sheets. Skills taught in advanced are round off back handsprings, back handsprings in sequence, back tucks, front tucks, and any other advanced skills.
BOYS FITNESS
​Boys fitness is designed to work overall fitness with gymnastics built in. The boys will gain coordination, agility, air awareness,  and strength. ​
